Description
JBL NovoDaph is a pure and granulated protein feed that consists of 100% dried daphnia. As a supplementary food or snack for in between, it is suitable for very picky fish between 3 and 15 centimetres in size in all water layers. Also, turtles and pond fish are happy about a change on their menu.
It is an optimal alternative to live or frosted goods, which are often overlaid or too often interrupted in the cold chain. Thanks to a very complex and gentle vacuum freeze-drying process, all nutrients of the insect protein are preserved. The high protein content and high-quality omega-3 fats also promote growth.
In general, all JBL Novo feed types are easier to digest, which leads to fewer excretions, thus an improved water quality is also guaranteed with the NovoDaph. The optimally adjusted phosphate content reduces water turbidity and inhibits algae growth.
Feeding recommendation:
You can daily feed as much JBL NovoDaph as the fish can eat in 5 minutes. Here less is more. However, the feed intervals can be increased both in rearing and in juveniles.
Our expert Oliver Knott recommends:
NovoDaph is an optimal alternative to live and frozen food and is suitable for both aquarium and pond fish!
