Description
Exo Terra Floating Pellets for aquatic turtle hatchlings is a high-quality staple food for newly hatched aquatic and semi-aquatic turtles (e.g. red-eared sliders, map turtles, and wood turtles). The carefully formulated food in the form of floating pellets is rich in protein, vitamins, and minerals. Tasty Gammarus shrimp have been added for improved palatability. This staple food ensures a balanced diet rich in vitamin D3 and calcium which are particularly important for young turtles. Also includes high-quality yeast extracts.
Contains no artificial colours or flavours.
Feeding recommendation:
Feed baby turtles twice a day and put out as much as they will eat within 5 minutes. Food that has not been eaten after an hour should be removed with a net.
Tip: Young turtles need a varied diet. Feed them Exo Terra shrimp or canned fish.
