Dennerle Plants Lilaeopsis brasiliensis CUP

Lilaeopsis brasiliensis forms grass-like carpets in the foreground and midground but only in very good light and clean water. They should be planted closely in groups as they will send out runners to eventually form a dense lawn under ideal conditions. It grows to a maximum height of 8 cm and is therefore suitable for smaller tanks. It also thrives in emersed growth and is suitable as ground cover in paludariums.

• Light requirement: lots of light
• Optimal temperature: 18 to 26 °C
• Water values: very soft to hard, regular water changes
• pH value: 6 to 8
• CO₂ and nutrient addition: recommended
• Propagation: runners, division

Note: The plants are grown in-vitro in sterile conditions in a laboratory. They are therefore also suitable for sensitive animals such as dwarf shrimps and can be used immediately. In-vitro plants do not harbour pests such as snails or parasites. No pesticides are used.
