Description
In summer time, the days are long, there's plenty of direct sunshine as well as warm temperatures. These factors increase the nutrient content in pond water which encourages the growth of algae. Water that is rich in algae is not only unsightly but also a real danger to the delicately balanced biotope in the pond.
SommerAlgenStop has been specially formulated to meet the needs of water bodies in the summer months with its special composition of active ingredients. The fast-acting agent impedes the normal metabolism processes of algae and prevents them from photosynthesising. It stabilises the pH value of your pond water and leaves it clear again. It also restores the biological balance of the pond biotope.
Application:
The best time to use SommerAlgenStop is in the morning at best. Dilute the prescribed amount of the product in a watering can,for instance, before use. Pour the diluted mixture evenly into the pond.
Avoid contact of the undiluted product with pond plants. SommerAlgenStop is harmless to fish, plants and amphibians if used correctly in the correct amounts. Fish can continue to stay in the pond during the application.
Dosage recommendation:
Use 50 ml SommerAlgenStop per 1000 L pond water.
In case of blue-green algae: use 6 ml SommerAlgenStop per 1000 L pond water - 8 days in a row.
