The Fluval fine filter pads have been specially designed for the Fluval FX4, FX5 and FX6 high-performance external filters. These polyester inserts catch fine particles of dirt and impurities that could cloud the water and help keep the water clean. The pads should be used together with the Fluval filter fleece to further optimise the purity of the aquarium water.
