Description
Riccia fluitans was first cultivated as a submerged plant by Takashi Amano. Since then, it has inspired many aquascapers who prefer natural layouts with dense moss carpets on stones or roots. Under optimal conditions, many oxygen bubbles form on the tips of the leaves - a vital natural phenomenon. Young fish like to hide and rest between the delicate, decorative shoots. New shoots need to be pruned occasionally - please use moss shears!
