Description
Ranunculus inundatus has deeply lobed leaf umbrellas which create an interesting look, especially in natural aquariums. However, it requires good lighting to display a creeping growth with attractive foliage or else the leaf stalks shoot up too high and result in a skinny, sparse appearance. The fast-growing plant develops optimally in the middle and foreground, preferably in a group.
- Light requirements: sunny
- Temperature: 20 to 28°C
- Water values: soft to medium-hard
- pH value: 5 to 7
- CO2 and nutrient addition: recommended
- Propagation: stolons, division
Note: The plants are grown in-vitro in sterile conditions in a laboratory. They are therefore also suitable for sensitive animals such as dwarf shrimps and can be used immediately. In-vitro plants do not harbour pests such as snails or parasites. No pesticides are used.
