Description
As a microbial carbon source, Organic-CO2 supports the growth and health of plants in freshwater aquariums. Natural humic acid and useful bacteria help improve the uptake and utilisation of important nutrients such as plant fertilisers. In this way, Organic-CO2 promotes the healthy and vigorous growth of aquatic plants and ensures intense colours, while preventing the undesirable growth of algae.
Application and dosage:
- Starting dose: Add 10 ml Organic-CO2 to 100 l water on the first day.
- Follow-up dosage: Add 2 ml Organic-CO2 to 100 l water every one to two days.
- The dosage basically depends on the number of plants, the density and the size and can be slowly increased over time.
Please note the following:
- The combination with the Microbe-Lift fertiliser series ensures maximum plant growth.
- With a high plant density, you can prevent algae from developing naturally.
- If you are using a CO2 system, you can halve the dosage.

I find this is much better than the "chemical" CO2 and it certainly seems to do the business
