The PROPOND STAPLE M are high-quality, floating pellets with a diameter of 6 mm for year-round feeding at water temperatures of 10-25 ° C. Ideal protein fat content according to the NEO index of 4: 1 for healthy and resistant fish (32% protein, 8% fat, 4% fibre, 8% ash content). The pellets are also easy to digest.

NEO Index literally means: Natural energy-optimised nutrition. Behind this is the ratio of proteins to fats in the feed. If only the season were taken into account, fish would need half as many proteins (2: 1) in winter as in summer (4: 1). However, since not only the season, i.e. the water temperature, but also the size and age, as well as the function of the feed (e.g. growth feed = ProPond Growth) play a decisive role, the NEO Index was developed, which has all these properties in a complete package. JBL PROPOND STAPLE is an ideal all-season food for water temperatures between 10 and 25 ° C.
