Crystal clear and healthy water
Poor lighting conditions, over-fertilisation or an excess of nutrients can have negative effects on the aquarium water and promote algae. Floating algae lead to green and bacteria to whitish cloudiness. The JBL water clarifier removes cloudiness caused by bacteria and floating algae. The aquarium water is directed through the sturdy, UV-resistant housing of the clarifier. The UV-C radiation kills the bacteria, other germs and floating algae in the water flowing through. The efficiency of this UV-C water clarifier is particularly high, as the glass flask is surrounded by a polished, reflective stainless steel foil that reflects the UV-C radiation and thus doubles the efficiency. This can also have a positive effect on the removal of stuck algae, such as thread algae, since their spores are also largely killed.

No harmful side effects
No change in the water values and no negative effects on important cleansing bacteria in the filter.

Easy installation
Connect the water clarifier to the external filter or a separate water pump. With the included 90° angle, any desired installation position can be achieved.

Safety
The JBL UV-C water clarifier is TÜV tested and has a safety switch for automatic shutdown when the device is opened. The housing is UV-resistant with sturdy walls and an LED lamp that shows whether the UV-C burner is working. 2-glass construction.
