Description
Aponogeton ulvaceus is a true beauty among aquatic plants. It makes an eye-catching addition to the aquarium background with its parchment-like wavy leaves. It can grow up to 70 cm tall. Older plants can have up to 50 leaves. Its grows best in water temperatures of 24 to 28°C.
The Aponogeton ulvaceus needs regular rest periods. To do this, remove the tuber from your aquarium and place it in a pot with sand. Keep it for approx. 2 months at room temperature, spray it occasionally with water and then place it back in the aquarium.
