The WINTERHOT PRO continuous pond heater is both effective in operation and very energy-saving. The heater is equipped with a smart thermostat that monitors changes in air temperature.

The heating element is placed in an aluminium tube that was attached so that it floats on the surface of the water. The same tube also contains a small pump with only 4 watts of electricity per hour. The pump creates the flow of water around the heater. If the air temperature is above -5 ° C, this is absolutely sufficient to keep the water surface around the device free of ice. And only when the air temperature falls below the above-mentioned value, the thermostat switches on the heating module. Then the water pumped around the heater is immediately heated up and forms an impressive air gap that enables the pond inhabitants to exchange gas efficiently. Thanks to this solution, the heater is only switched on in certain atmospheric conditions, which reduces unnecessary energy consumption. That makes it extremely economical, compared to conventional devices of this type it consumes up to 80% less energy! In addition, the operation can be easily monitored thanks to the diodes arranged above, which are also clearly visible from a distance.
