The Aqua Rebell Micro Basic - Iron is a complete iron fertiliser with a proven composition optimised for planted aquariums and aquascapes. In planted aquariums, the micronutrients from tap water and feed are often not sufficient. This affects plant growth. With the micro basic iron fertiliser, you give the aquatic plants in your aquarium all-important trace elements and micronutrients: iron (II) and iron (III), manganese, zinc, copper, boron and molybdenum. The macronutrients potassium and magnesium are also included. This Aqua Rebell liquid fertiliser for the aquarium is stabilised several times, which means that the nutrients remain available to the plants for a long time.

With the Aqua Rebell Mikro Basic iron fertiliser, the nutrients are stabilised several times by the chelators EDTA, DTPA and HEEDTA. This has the advantage that they are available for the plants for a particularly long time and are broken down less quickly in the aquarium. Aqua Rebell Micro Basic Iron is therefore ideal for weekly fertilisation, but of course, you can count the amount down to a daily ration and fertilise it daily. This makes the application of the Aqua Rebell Micro Basic iron fertiliser very easy and user-friendly.

Of course, Aqua Rebell Micro Basic Iron can also be used in aquariums with dwarf shrimp, water snails and other aquatic invertebrates without any problems - we have tested this. The very low copper content in this liquid fertiliser for plant aquariums and aquascapes is strongly stabilised, which makes it absolutely harmless for your invertebrates.

We recommend weekly water changes of 25% to 50%. This will prevent individual micronutrients from accumulating too much in your aquarium water.

In aquariums with many fish, the macronutrients nitrate and phosphate come in sufficient quantities through the feed for the fish into the aquarium water, if the aquarium is weakly populated or if you have heavy feeders under your aquarium plants, you should also add macronutrients in addition to iron and micronutrients.
