Tropica Pogostemon Helferi CUP

'Daonoi' - little star - is what Pogostemon helferi, a spectacularly green stem plant, is called in its native Thailand. Those who view the ruffled leaves in a star-shaped arrangement will prefer this name. In the aquarium, it thrives under good lighting conditions and nutrient-rich substrates 5 to 10 cm in upright growth with dense foliage. Foreground and midground are ideal for both group and solo arrangements, but also works as a sitter plant!

• Light requirements: preferably sunny
• Optimum temperature: 15 to 28 °C
• Water values: high tolerance
• pH value: 5 to 7
• Addition of CO2 and nutrients: recommended
• Propagation: cuttings, division, separation

Note: The cups are grown in the lab. Aquatic plants from the so-called in vitro culture are grown sterile. They are therefore also suitable for sensitive animals such as dwarf shrimp and can be used immediately. With in vitro plants there are no stowaways such as snails or parasites, and no pesticides are used.
