Description
The Basic N Nitrate Supplement by Microbe-Lift is ideal for effectively increasing the NO3 value in your saltwater aquarium. The specially formulated nitrate mixture supports the growth of corals and at the same time prevents nitrate limitation, which is dangerous for corals.
Dosage:
- 1 ml per 100 litres of water to increase the NO3 value by 1 mg/L
- Can be used daily
Note:
- Increase the nitrate level slowly so that your corals have time to adapt
- Never let the nitrate level drop to 0 mg/L, as corals need nitrate for growth.
- Check the nutrient values of your aquarium regularly and bear in mind that an increase in the nitrate (NO3) value can result in an increased consumption of phosphate (PO4).
