Description
It's hard to believe that these gorgeous, brightly coloured fish can be so aggressive - against their own kind only, naturally. But that is exactly what they are and they are also, justifiably, known as fighting fish. In Asia, these long-finned beauties are even used as protagonists in fish fights! In their natural habitat, they feed mainly on insects that land on the water surface. Over time, the upper part of their mouth has evolved to make it easier for them to grab insects. However, they do not like to eat anything that is plant-based.
Pronovo Betta Insect Sticks S are food sticks for fighting fish and other labyrinth fish measuring 3-10 cm. To meet their natural nutritional requirements, the food contains up to 15% insects. In addition to insects, the floating food sticks also contain salmon, shrimps and tuna. The food also contains special dietary fibre and natural astaxanthin from krill and spirulina.
The food contains no artificial additives!
Feeding recommendation:
Feed Betta Insect Sticks to your Betta fish once or twice a day in small amounts that they can eat up within a few minutes.
