The JBL CristalProfi greenline is an external filter for aquariums and ensures clean and healthy water through a closed water circuit.

Plant, feed residues and metabolic products deteriorate the quality of the aquarium water. Good water quality is necessary to promote the health of fish and plants in the aquarium. This can be achieved with aquarium filters. The filters suck in the aquarium water and pull the dirt and waste materials out of the water. Filters also offer an ideal habitat for bacteria that break down pollutants.

Easy installation
The external filter is fully equipped and ready for connection. The built-in quick-start device and the filter start without suction offer an easy installation. The filter media are also included in the contents of delivery.

Easy care
Due to the regular replacement of the easily accessible pre-filter, cleaning of the remaining filter is rarely necessary. The large filter volume offers a high biological filter performance through different filter layers. The contained biofilter balls have a different diameter, this promotes the self-cleaning effect.

Energy-efficient and safe
With only low power consumption, the CristalProfi offers high energy savings. With the same effective water circulation, the device uses 31% less electricity than comparable previous models. The patented hose connection block with a safety valve prevents water from escaping when the filter is disconnected. JBL CristalProfi is TÜV certified.

What is new is that the upper filter basket has been designed completely and more efficiently: Instead of smaller, external pre-filter mats in the filter basket, there is now a double-sized, continuous filter mat as a pre-filter. As a result, the filter cannot clog so easily, even in the case of very heavy soiling, and the prefilters do not have to be cleaned as often. The CristalProfi greenline external filter is extremely quiet. The patented new filter system offers 100% more surface area than the previous model. The hose connections can be rotated 360 °, and the filter media can be easily changed.
