JBL ArtemioMix, 230 g

JBL ArtemioMix is an Artemia-Egg-salt mixture for mixing live food for tropical fresh and saltwater fish. This feed mixture of brine shrimp eggs, salt and micro algae serves for a demand-oriented production of professional live-rearing feed for fish fry. For many young animals, Artemia nauplii are just small enough to be eaten. The animal protein content helps them to optimal growth and an intact immune system. But picky fish, as well as those from wild-catching areas can feed only under certain circumstances - live food is the best choice here. The special salt contains microalgae as primary food and a buffer system to maintain an optimal pH.

The 230g ready mix is sufficient for 14 batches of 0.5l water.

Application:
Add two level scoops of JBL ArtemioMix (included) to 0.5 litres of tap, distilled, rain or osmosis water and aerate heavily in an Artemia Rearing Kit (JBL Artemio) or a clear bottle. After 24-36 hours, the Artemia nauplii have hatched and can be screened for feeding or given to an aquarium for raising.
