If your aquarium plants show pale colours overall, your red plants look browner or the leaves have chlorosis (i.e. if green leaf veins can be seen on a yellowing background), they are lacking iron or manganese. This is because there is not a lot of micronutrients in tap water and fish feed, so there are deficiencies here. The plant growth then also subsides. With the special fertiliser, Aqua Rebell Micro Special Iron, you supply your aquatic plants in the aquarium with the important micronutrients iron and manganese in particularly gently stabilised compounds that the plants can absorb very quickly and easily. To supply the aquarium plants with all other trace elements that are also required, we recommend combining them with a full iron fertiliser (Aqua Rebell Micro Basic Iron or Aqua Rebell Micro Special Flowgrow).

The Aqua Rebell Micro Special Iron Aquatic Plant Fertiliser is especially suitable for quickly and effectively remedying iron deficiency and manganese deficiency. This special fertiliser serves as an additional supply for healthy and abundantly growing aquatic plants.

This special fertiliser mainly supplies your aquatic plants with divalent iron, which they can absorb particularly well. Aqua Rebell Micro Special Iron is highly concentrated, so even small amounts are sufficient to meet the needs of your aquatic plants for iron and manganese.

The Aqua Rebell Micro Special Iron should only be used in special situations when there is an increased need for iron in the aquarium. For regular iron supply, we recommend our Aqua Rebell Micro Basic Iron or our Aqua Rebell Micro Special Flowgrow. Aqua Rebell Micro Special Iron is dosed individually, so it is not possible to make a fertilisation recommendation here - no two aquariums are the same.

Of course, you can also use the aquatic plant fertiliser Aqua Rebell Micro Special Iron without any problems in aquariums with dwarf shrimp, water snails and other invertebrates living in the water. The liquid fertiliser is absolutely harmless to your aquarium inhabitants.

We recommend a weekly water change of 25% to 50% in every fertilised aquarium. This is how you prevent nutrient peaks and nutrient valleys from forming.
